How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days via standard delivery.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
How should I store the pasta?
Our dry pasta should be stored in a cool, dry place like a pantry. Once cooked, it can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Are there any artificial preservatives or dyes?
Never. We pride ourselves on using simple, non-GMO ingredients. Our pasta contains no artificial colors, flavors, or chemical preservatives.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery zones to more countries in the near future.
